Thank you for your interest in promoting the HomeHub iSafe home inventory program to your sales associates. Your cooperation will insure that as many agents as possible partake in this great opportunity to give millions of present and future homeowners the peace of mind of knowing that they will get a fairer and quicker settlement should the worst occur.

This is an opportunity to demonstrate that our industry is concerned about more than merely earning a commission. Although it is a little thing, a home inventory can make a big difference should it ever be needed. How Can I Participate?

Make as many of your sales associates aware of the availability of the program as possible. Publish an announcement in your company's internal communications – emails, newsletters, Intranet, etc. Hand out copies of the flyer to your agents, and post it in conspicuous areas. Make an announcement at your next sales meeting. Tell your agents that by participating they are helping their customers, their community, and their

            profession – while generating goodwill for themselves.

The intention is to get the word out to the agent population, since it is they who will be the primary distributors of the program to consumers. Of course, you too can sign up for a free allotment of licenses and demonstrate your support by also participating in the program.


Are there any other options for brokers to participate?

Brokers can purchase a special "private label" version of the HomeHub iSafe program. This version will never contain any third–party advertising and allows the broker to use the whole top banner for company branding. It also allows you to add custom pages and content, which can be used to promote your ancillary services. You can even place your IDX pages within the site. Pricing is determined by quantity of sites and the amount of customization to be included. Please contact Adigida to discuss this option.

Brokers can also endorse our HomeHubConnect customer incubation and retention marketing program to your agents. Normally priced at $85 per year plus a $15 set up fee, we provide it at a discounted price when the broker agrees to promote the program to the sales associates. Both broker and agents benefit from higher repeat and referral business the program generates.
