1. What is HomeHub iSafe™?

The HomeHub iSafe is an online home inventory system that allows consumers to:

  • Record and track possessions by Property, Room and Category
  • Easily move possessions between multiple properties, rooms and categories
  • Upload multiple pictures of possessions
  • Upload scanned documents (warranties, receipts, etc.)
  • View and print multiple report formats
  • Store their data on secure remote servers, safe and easily accessed over the Internet in case of a loss
  • Use SSL data encryption
  • Have peace of mind; the user’s account is never linked to their address for security
  • Record insurance information and contact numbers

2. How much does HomeHub iSafe cost?

HomeHub iSafe is totally free to agents, brokers, and to the consumer to whom it is given.

3. Is there a renewal subscription charge?

There are no renewal fees.

4. When will HomeHub iSafe be available?

Our expected release date is June 1, 2006. Please check with us for a firm date as the end of May approaches.

5. How does the consumer know that I am the one who gave them their site?

You should send an email, postcard or letter introducing their complimentary program. Additionally, every HomeHub iSafe website displays your picture and contact information in the program as the sponsor of their site.

6. Can I charge my customers for HomeHub iSafe or resell it?

No way! Your license agreement forbids such profiteering. HomeHub iSafe must be given for free to your clients as a complimentary gift from you.

7. Why are you giving it away for free?

Only a very small percentage of people have a home inventory. In light of the last years’ hurricanes, tornados and other natural disasters the public will benefit from being more aware of how they can be prepared in case of a loss. We believe that if one is placed in their hands, then hopefully more people will be better prepared. Since real estate agents are the professional who are most associated with home ownership, what better way than for them to be the conduit and sponsors of the program? And quite honestly, perhaps the real estate community will become more familiar with our company’s products. We’re nice people, but not totally altruistic.

8. To how many people can I give away a HomeHub iSafe online program?

Each agent or broker can sign up for a single package of 100 HomeHub iSafe websites.

9. Why is it limited to only 100 websites per agent or broker?

We want to be sure that every agent and broker has a fair chance to participate in the program. If it were a very large size or unlimited, then a few agents could conceivably monopolize an area by uploading a tax roll of thousands of names. That would not be fair to the other agents in the community.

10. Can I get more than 100 sites to give away?

Yes. Those agents and brokers who have a need for more than the standard free allotment can purchase more sites for 50¢ each, of which 50% will be donated to the American Red Cross. Check our web site for ordering details.

11. How do I give HomeHub iSafe away to my customers and prospects?

There are various methods. You can manually enter members into your administrative ControlHub, or you can enter multiple names by uploading a spreadsheet. You can also upload members from a contact database, such as Outlook, Top Producer, RealFuture, and any other program which exports data to a text file (“csv” format). You can place the sign–up link on your website for consumers to register, just as they do for a newsletter. Additionally, you may decide to invite them to register by sending a postcard or letter which directs them to a special page on your site (such as www.YourWebSite.com/FreeHomeInventory).

12. Where do my customers go to login to the site?

They can be directed by you to go to our generic public login page, or you can drive more traffic to your website by having your webmaster place the login link there. You can also place the login on your own custom landing page.

13. What information do I need to sign up a member?

All you need is their name, but we recommend that you also have their email address and contact information. The program allows you to enter even more contact information if you desire.

14. Will you ever resell or use my membership information in any way?

Our Privacy Policy states that we promise to never resell the names, email addresses and contact data in your program to any third party. We may track the total number of members using the sites and compile usage information in the aggregate (where no individual can be identified in the data) to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

15. Is there a premium level of service available?

Yes. HomeHubConnect adds 5 more hassle–free, useful modules to your member’s HomeHub iSafe program. These features add even more value to the sites you give to your customers. Through October 31, 2006 we are offering discounts for agents who wish to upgrade or buy a separate subscription. Also, HomeHubConnect Premium includes over 25 compelling modules. 16. Can I have both HomeHub iSafe and HomeHubConnect for different clients?

Yes. And you can upgrade existing HomeHub iSafe members to a paid HomeHubConnect subscription, thus releasing the HomeHub iSafe membership to be given to a new client.

17. How much data storage space does each site get for data, pictures and documents?

50MB. That’s enough for over 300 low resolution photos – after all, you don’t need a high–res picture of your underwear drawer. If a consumer should desire more they can increase their allotment for a tiny annual charge.

18. Is there any advertising on the member's sites?

Not at the moment. It is possible that, to offset our hosting costs, in the future the program may contain unobtrusive ads at the bottom of the main page (“Ads from Google”) and a banner ad at the top of the site from an advertiser such as an insurance company or home improvement retailer. The banner ad will never be for a real estate agent, broker or franchise who may be competing with you.

19. Is there anything that I need to do to maintain the sites after I give them away to my clients?

No. Since all of the content is provided by your members, every HomeHub iSafe and HomeHubConnect site runs totally on autopilot. All you need to do is to gift it, and forget it.

20. Do you have any assistance for how I can generate publicity with the program?

Your administrative Control Hub includes templates of postcards, flyers and letters which you can modify to announce your complimentary offer. There are also templates of press releases which can be sent to your local news outlets.

21. If a client doesn't use his site can I cancel it and give it to someone else?

No. Once a site is registered to a member it cannot be used again, even if the consumer cancels their subscription. However, if you transfer a HomeHub iSafe member to a HomeHubConnect subscription, then a HomeHub iSafe membership is released to be given to a new client.

22. Can I have the exclusive right to distribute it in my community?

It is not possible to have an exclusive license for a region. HomeHub iSafe is available equitably to every agent and broker in the United States, regardless of size or location. The best way to have any “exclusivity” is to be the first to offer the program to your clients.

23. Is it possible to buy a private label version of HomeHub iSafe?

Yes. Private label versions have no third party advertising, and the entire top banner is available for your branding. You can also change the product’s name and logo. Additionally, it is possible for you to add custom web pages to your private labeled HomeHub iSafe. These can be used for any purpose, such as promotion of your brokerage, partners, and ancillary services. Even your IDX search pages can be incorporated. A minimum purchase of 20,000 sites is required. Prices depend upon the number of sites in the package and the amount of customization required. 24. How do I pronounce Adigida?

You’re not the first to ask! Think of “A digital Solution” – the g is soft. “A–diji–da”. Did you notice that it is a palindrome that is spelled the same forwards and backwards? Our marketing people love that.
