Adigida Solutions announced the introduction of Home Inventory
Safe module for HomeHubConnect at the National Association
of REALTORS ® Conference and Expo which opens today,
November 7, 2003 in San Francisco . HomeHubConnect is Adigida's
unique Web-based real estate marketing program for building
long-term relationships with past clients and prospects.
The
Home Inventory Safe provides home owners with a secure,
off-site catalog of insurance and financial information
as well as a detailed inventory of their home's possessions.
It is a simple and easy way for a real estate agent or broker's
clients to document their home's contents including each
item's purchase information, cost, pictures, and insured
value. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and
major insurance companies all recommend that homeowners
and renters have a current home inventory in case disaster
strikes and that it be kept in a safe location outside of
the home. Since HomeHubConnect's data is stored on Adigida's
secure servers, which are located in a Tier 1 data center
and are automatically backed up nightly, the homeowner is
given the safest possible solution.

recent tragedy in southern California has created a heightened
awareness with respect to homeowner's preparedness for such
